Cancellation Policy

Thank you for selecting Kaladi’s Condominiums for your upcoming stay in Galena. We look forward to your visit. If your plans change and you find you must cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible.

• If you cancel within the last 14 days prior to your visit, our policy is to charge your card for your reservation, and issue a gift certificate in your name for the full value of your reservation. This gift certificate is non-expiring and transferable, but is not refundable.
  
• If you cancel prior to two weeks before your scheduled arrival, there is generally no cancellation fee unless you have made arrangements through our concierge service for which we have incurred expenses.

Check in time is between 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Please advise us if you will be arriving at a different time.

• There is no smoking permitted.
